Is my dog in danger

My 10 month old dog gave birth 2 days ago but she is still scratching the walls and floors. Is something wrong? And what do I do if the nearest vet is 200km away with me not having means or transport getting her to a vet. I am very worried. Please help

With a young female anything can cause anxiety.

Did she expel the afterbirth and/or is there a possibility that she can still have a pup retained?  Does she have any discharge or bleeding?  Is there a strong odor?  How many pups did she have? What kind of breed is she?

She may need a shot of oxytocin to clean her out.
