Question
I have heard that I will not get "pure" shih tzus if I had a female that has been breed with a terrier before but now is breeding with a shih tzu.  How true is that and where can I go online to find out more about that?

Answer
Hi Cindy. This is NOT true. She could've bred three different dogs last time, but if the male dog this time is a purebred shih tzu, the pups will be purebred as well. This is an old wives tale. I know I've seen it somewhere online, but can't remember where. Give me a bit, and I'll try to find it for you.
