Question
I have a 5 yr old female that was bred...around Aug 18...not
sure on exact date..However my male is quite a bit bigger
than her(she is about 55# and he is probably 85#)..Is she
gonna have problems?Also..this is the third heat that they
have "stuck" ...she didn't get pregnant the first 2 tho!
This time she is obviously pregnant tho..

Answer
there is always a chance of problems with a male being bigger then a female but not as much with bigger dogs then the smaller breeds. i have bred and raised boxers my whole life and the male has always been larger then the female. the last litter my female was 59lbs and my male was 89lbs and she did fine. i would advise you to supervise the whelping and for you to never leave her alone until after puppies are born. if she shows any signs of straining for a long time with no puppy produced then i would take her into the vet. i wouls say that she is going to be fine but you never know. i would start taking her temp on her 57th day from first mating so you can tell when labor will begin so she isnt left alone. take it twice per day and when it stays down  2 degrees for 2 temps then expext labor within 24hrs. i really hope this helps and good luck! feel free to ask anu other questions.

by the way, i have a litter due the same day..
