Pom post natal bleeding

My pomeranian,accidently got pregnant her first heat. She gave birth to 2 puppies one was still born and the other is healthy. My problem is that the mother is still bleeding/discharge vaginally. Ive taken her to the vet and they put her on antibiotics for possible cervix/uterus infection just in case. The puppy is 10 weeks. The bleeding is not much but it is like she is in the end of her heat cycle.  Im wondering on your take on it. The mother is healthy besides the bleeding/discharge.

Hi Suzy. 10 weeks is a really long time for a dog to bleed. It doesn't sound right to me. If you have to, take her to a different vet, and see if he can figure out what's going on with her. There may be absolutely nothing wrong with her, but I still would much rather get another vet's opinion on this just to be on the safe side. I hope she's ok!
