Is she Pregnant?

I have an 8 month old Yorkie Poo. She ran off about a week ago and we couldn't find her for about 20 minutes. There was a male dog who would not leave her alone. She was outside for about an hour but I was chasing her so I saw where she was running. But for about 20 minutes I lost her and I don't know if the male dog latched on to her. Finally when I found her running to me I took her inside and cleaned her off. I didn't notice anything wrong with her until now. Her nipples seem to be sticking out alot and they are really red and swollen. This is her first time being inheat and I have no idea what to do. She doesn't seem to be acting different but its only been about a week to two weeks. She is eating more but isn't acting differently behavior wise or anything. She is more
attached to me though. How can I tell if she is pregnant?
Is there any early signs???

8 months and pregnant with an unknown males spells disaster.  

Early signs can be deceiving as they are the same for a pseudo pregnancy.  You want to measure both her "waist" and "chest" and they should both expand at the same rate.
