breeding my boxers

we are trying to figure out why our female is not pregnant yet the male boxer is 3 years old and the female is 2 years old they have been raised with each other and right know are in a cage together and still not puppies was wondering if there is anything i can do to help

Hi. Is your female in heat? What days are you trying to breed on? Is the female's heat cycles normal, meaning she goes into heat on time, and the heats are normal? I know that' a lot of questions, but please give me as much info as you can so I can help you better.
