mini dachshund

I just got a 6 mo. old mini dachshund and shes a purebred and I was wondering how old should she be before I decide to breed her If I do decide to and maybe any other info you can give me on this type of pup.

The best advice I can give is go out and meet other breeders and fancy of this breed.  Learn all you can on what the inherent health risk and problems are associated with the Mini daschund.

She should at least be on her second or third heat before breeding. And learn all you can about her and the potential stud's lines so not to introduce undesirable traits to the off-spring.
