puppy bites and nips constantly.

I have a german shepard puppy thats 3 months old.In the last three weeks i noticed a change in her behavior. Most of the time she is very hyper and bites and barks and i cannot get her to stop the nipping.  thank you

What you can try is one of two things

The first is to flick her nose and "no" loud and firm when she is nipping you

The other is when she is acting up at all is to use a spray bottle and spray and say 'no' loud and firm

And some people people use a combo of these methods,by using the flicking for nipping and the spraying for barking ect
