my dog and her pups

Question
my dog had pups 5 days ago and she was being a really good mom and then i noticed a large lump on her tits and took her to the vet they said  this happens in new moms some time and gave me meds for her and then told me that the pups could not feed off of her well thats not working out so well she well not let me feed them she wants to because of her instincts are telling her to feed and take care of her babys so do you have any thing that can help in any way
i'm scared her pups are going to die

Please seperate the mother from the puppies, and tube/bottle feed the puppies. The mother is on an antibiotic and it will kill the puppies if they continue to nurse on her. She can not be near the puppies while she is on the antibiotics. If after the course is finished and the mastitis is gone, then you can give her her pups back.
