paralysis in the lumber region.

dear renee,
          i have a labradour retriver aged 12 yrs now and for the past one week he is sufferening from paralysis in the lumber region, i have consulted many vets in the past week but none have helped me out.
           several shots have been given ( if u want i have the list with me) but till today everything has been invain.
can u suggest me anything that could help me as he is not able to get up because both his lower legs have been paralised

Malay, I'm so sorry to hear your friend is having these problems.

There is nothing I would love more than to be able to give you the advise you are seeking, but it seems that you have really went above and beyond to help your pet. If all the vets are pretty much in agreence and none of the treatments are helping, I don't know what to tell you.

The one thing that you might explore is acupuncture, but it's a long shot. In the end, there may be nothing more that you or the vets can do for your boy and as hard as it may be, you may have to make some very hard decisions.

I wish there was more I could say :( :( My heart goes out to you and I honestly hope that you can be at peace with whatever happens.
