Razor burn

Hello, My dog name is Sami. I took her for her hair cut and got razor burn. It's on her neck  by Adams' apple. First I didn't know that. I saw her kept scratching. I notice that the she is bleeding and I don't know what to do. I put some pro oxide. It's doesn't look infected. Can you please help me with home aid for my Sami. I can't effort to take her to vet. They always charged me over $150.

If you can't afford a vet, I would take Sami back to the groomer and show them the irritation and ask them to take care of it or what you should do for it.  They probably run into this all the time when they shave animals.  It will most likely clear up by itself, but you need to keep the dog from licking or scratching at it or it will never get better.  However, I am NOT a vet and none of the above should be construed as medical advice.
