Trash Can

Question
My dog has recently been in the trash can which contained onions and raw chicken juice. Is there anything in which i should be concerned of. She has been ok so far but i am still worried. Is there anything i should watch out for or that i can do for a precaution.

Hi Dustin,

The chicken juice won't harm your dog, chicken bones would be more of a concern.

Onions, aren't supposed to be fed to dogs, as they can be dangerous or even fatal, causing damage to red blood cells and to the liver and resulting in diarrhea, vomiting and labored breathing.  If your see any of those symptoms, contact your vet immediately, rather than trying to treat it at home with Pepto Bismol.
