two min pins

Question
I have had my neutered male min pin for about a year, and then my husband and I adopted a 1 year old spayed female min pin. They get along wonderfully, play together and all, but when we leave them alone they tear apart the house; they chew on furniture, urinate on it as well. The male did not do this before, and we were told that the female did not either. I don't understand why adding two housebroken dogs together would turn them both like this. My husband and I are going to get a crate I guess, but should we get two separate ones, or do you think they can be together? Also, what size crate would be right for them? I feel bad about crating them since they have both lived outside of the crate for so long, but I don't know what else to do. I need help!!

Answer
I cant explain this eiter but you need two crates not one...if the dgs get upset with one another and your not home of curse there will be blood shed. The rule is one dog to a crate please see my website for info on crat training and sizing.
