Bad Breath Puppy

Question
I have a 5 month old yellow lab who is losing her baby teeth.  Her breath recently started to smell like dead fish.  She seems healthy and happy, and her gums don't look too inflamed. Does dog breath sometimes smell very bad while the dog is teething?  I don't want to take her to the vet yet, because it doesn't seem like she's sick.  Any suggestions?

Hello, Your best bet is to get "Doggy" breathmints, I don't recall any of my dogs breath smelling like that as puppies, But my lab who is just about 4 years old has a fishy smell to her breath sometimes...odd it is since she eats Nothing with fish in it.
