Dry Humping

Question
I have a little 15 week Shitzhu x Poodle.  He is pretty well behaved.  He tends to softly mouth and dry hump his fluffy toy dog.  Then he will get a boner and stop, stand and shiver.  Is dry humping a bad thing?  He does not do it to anything else.  He seems to act out this behaviour when bored or energetic, after meals.

For one thing, he is showing dominance over that toy dog, but geting aroused is because he is beginning to feel some man-hood feelings.
At 4 months is a good time to have them spayed and neutered.
neutering him will stop some of this, but he will still hump to show dominance. Even female dogs will hump to show dominance, and males will hump other males.
A show of dominance is all that is after they are neutered.
I don't allow it though.
I have four dogs, and I don't allow one dog to be alpha over the others. I am the alpha, and I don't need any help managing the pack.
