growth on pugs leg

My pug has some type of growth on her back leg. I first noticed it at least a year ago.  It is like a little sac and does not seem to be bothering her but is growing bigger.  It is not hard.  Any idea what it could be?

It is possible that it is just a skin tag, like people get, which can be pretty normal with aging dogs.  Of course, there is no way to be sure without having it biopsied.  If you are concerned about cancer, you can always schedule her to have it removed so they can send it out.  If its not bothering her, or getting caught on anything, you can also just monitor it.  If it gets larger quickly, ulcerates, or otherwise changes for the worse then definitely take her in.
