concerned about my female yorkie

Can there be a test giving to a female yorkie that is pregnant to make sure it is pregnant from my male yorkie and not one of the neighborhood dogs

No, there is no way to know until the puppies are born, and even then there is no way to be sure.

Each puppy can have a different father- every succesful mating can produce 1 or more puppies, so if she was bred by multiple dogs, you can count on a mixed litter. It is quite possible if she was bred by your male and then got out and was bred by some of the neighborhood dogs, you may have 1 or two yorkies and a whole slew of mutts. Remember- legally you may not register the offspring of a purebred dog if they were bred by unknown partners, even if you know at least one of the partners was another yorkie.
