How high can I keep the temperature indoors while I'm out for a 3 yr old female shitzu so that she will not be uncomfortable but I can keep my electric bill down?

Hi Sushi-

I would stay below 80. Offer lots of water and a cool place for her to sleep, and perhaps a nice haircut if she hasn't had one.

They do make "cool beds" that you can buy and slide icepacks into special pockets in the bed. It keeps the bed nice and cold for several hours.
