Answer
Hi Edeliza,

Giving your dog medication that was prescribed for another dog is not wise, especially when you haven't any idea what's the matter with your dog.

Since your dog isn't getting any better, and now he doesn't want to eat (a sign of illness in dogs), it's time you let your veterinarian have a crack at treating your dog.
While you're at the vet, have him or her examine that lump on your dog's neck. It's only with a doctor's exam that you can find out exactly what kind of lump your dog has.

Best of luck,
Patti
