my boy dog is 4years old wheni got him when he was6weeks old his hair color was all red now is back is like a light light grayest brown and very thin is tail was full of hair now his tail doent have much hair on it it is real skimpy but the hair on his head and face did not change what can i do

It's not at all unusual that a puppy's coat will change color as it matures. Your dog's thinning hair however, can be a symptom of thyroid or a hormonal disorder, so you should have your dog examined by your veterinarian to rule out a medical problem, before looking into other reasons, such as diet or a flea bite or mosquito bite hypersensitivity.
