My dog keeps eating grass

Question
I just got a new dog a few days ago.  To this point she hasn't eaten anything except a few treats that I've given her (I've stopped giving her treats until she eats real food).  I'm not too concerned about the not eating thing, because I know this is common and she will start eating eventually, when she is used to the new home.  But, when I take her out she has been eating grass.  I heard that dogs eat grass to induce vomiting (she hasn't done so yet).  Is this true?  She is a five year old husky, very healthy and in shape.  Is eating grass normal?

Answer
I have to preface this answer with, I am NOT a vet and have no medical training, but from what I've been told about dogs eating grass is that some dogs are just going to do it.  Make sure there are no pesticides on the grass she is eating and there shouldn't be a problem.  I've had dogs before that just like to graze and it had nothing to do with whether they felt well or not.  As far as the food, you could try enticing her with something really good, like adding in some cooked ground beef with her kibble.
