MY DOGS BREASTS ARE GETTING BIGGER

MY DOG JUST GOT OUT OF HER FIRST HEAT AND HER BREASTS ARE GETTING LARGER AND WE KEPT HER SEPARATE FROM OTHER DOGS THE WHOLE TIME, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER OR COULD IT JUST BE PART OF THE HEAT THING???

She could be having a false pregnancy.  Check with your vet, of course, to see if anything is wrong, but usually about 4 weeks after the heat they can go into a false pregnancy.  They will have all the symptons of pregnancy, but not have pups.
