Hip Replacement

My husband and I live in TN.  We have three children (our dogs!  I am trying to locate an orthopaedic surgeon that is an expert on hip replacements.  Any information would be very appreciated.  We would like to locate a physician that would be of driving distance (hopefully less than 7-8 hours). Have you not spoken with your vet about this? If not, perhaps s/he can recommend someone to you.
