Discharge during labor

Question
Is it normal for a chihuahua to discharge greenish-black-brown liquid for over 24 hours prior to birthing?  Is there a pup dead inside?  What should I do?

Take her to a vet.  If there is a dead puppy stuck in the birth canal, it could kill your dog.  Some discharge is normal, but what you are describing is not.  Call your vet and let him/her advise. This is not something that you should seek advise online about. You need a vet who can physically check her out.  Good luck to you.
