Over salivating

Question
We brought home a puppy (part shitzu/maltese) already owning a pure shitzu. Sophie is salivating tremdously and is very depressed. It is over 16 hours she is dripping with saliva.  She won't eat or drink and has urinated on our rug. Is she in danger of deyhdration?

Thank you for writing to me.  I am so sorry to have just gotten back to you.  This is due to computer problems and I apologize.  I feel that this is a dangerous situation for your dog and hope that you brought your precious puppy to the vet immediately.
