siberian husky pup aged 3 months skinny

Question
Hi I have a siberian husky she is just over 3 months old. I brought er to Andalucia - south Spain from Norway a month ago. She is happy and playfull but not eating enough. I give her dry puppy food (Brand: Advance Puppy) as well as raw chicken beef and sometimes tripe (this is what she was fed at the breeders. It may be the heat which lowers her appetite but she is too skinny despite plenty of food being offered. Would you reccommend extra vitamins/minerals and which???? Is raw or cooked(fried) best? _ The breeder states raw. I would be very grateful for some advice. Many thanks! I also have a 10 year old siberian who she gets on very well with - I feed them apart otherwise she wants to dig into his bowl and he into hers!

Answer
Hi Susanne,

Sounds like the heat will take some getting use to.  Your food plan sounds good, however I would not include the beef.  Many dogs have allergies to it.  As for the supplement, yes that is a great way to help aid in your pet's health.  I use NuVet Plus with my dogs, I believe it is the best.  You can order by calling 1-800-474-7044 and use order code 42299.  They are in CA USA.

Hope this helps, your puppy has to adjust to the new climate and she should be just fine.
