Struvite recipes for Bichon dog ; allergies for Bichon;

Question
I saw that you had answered a question that was very similar to mine in April; however, I want to really make sure the solution would fit my dog's case before I went ahead with it.
My dog is bichon and she's already had 2 bladder stone surgeries within the past 2.5 years. She's been put on Urinary SO. That wouldn't be a problem except that I'm thinking that she might also have a grain allergy. (She tended to scratch a lot when we were giving her cranberry biscuits.) We have not done any allergy testing because I do not want to put her on medication. I'd like to feed her a diet that will address the struvite and possibly the grain allergy and see if that clears up her constant itching. (My #1 priority though is to keep her from another bladder stone.) Thank you for your advice.

First - you are smart to want quality and grain free foods for your girl's problems.
Yes - I would go with some Innova Evo or Wellness Core in the am ( pick one of them ) - dry kibble.  
Next - in the evening go with a nice Grain Free Wet food : SoJO home cooking mixes - YOU add your own lightly cooked meats.  
( mostly white meats)**  Red 1-2 x per week.....
SoJo ( green bag ) is a wonderful grain free quality food -  the SoJo is "WET" - you can add some x-tra water - The KEY is getting water into this little Bichon.
