Diet for a Schnauzer with kidney stones

QUESTION: What recipe should I follow if my dog has kidney stones? Can I give Luna(my dog) the 'AMIE'S RECIPE" What other kind of recipe do you recommend for that kind of problems.

QUESTION: I do not...She has a kidney stone, . This stone created an abscess. She has been treated with antibiotic. I just was looking in Internet for a diet home made. Se is eating K/D and N/F prescription food.

1 egg, large, hard-boiled
2 cups brown rice, long-grain, cooked
1/2 ounce brewer's yeast
3 bonemeal tablets (10-grain or equivalent)
1/8 teaspoon salt substitute (potassium chloride)
1 NuVET supplement Waffer ) see below:

This is enough for 1 day's of food for a 20 pound or less, dog.
