Urine Crystals jack russell; cranberry dosage canine; NuVET Plus Dosage for UTI:

I have a Jack Russell, called Dolly, 6 years old, unsure of weight, I would guess approximately 10-15 pounds (if that sounds overweight, she's less, because she isn't overweight...).

I just adopted her from someone else who couldn't properly care for her, so I'm not completely familiar with her history. What I do know is that she has a history of urine crystals and that they were "oddly shaped" which made them more devastating. I know she's not especially fond of the food she has right now, so I was looking for a food to promote good urinary tract health, if that is the proper thing to do. She has to go often, has accidents on occasion, and most importantly, her urine only dribbles out at an exceptionally slow pace.
I desire to help her. Someone suggested saw palmetto supplements, and cranberry supplements...Is that a good idea?

1.  Please slowly change Dolly over to a grain free food:
