MY DOGS DIET/DIARRHEA

Hi, I have a Jack Russell Terrier 5yrs old and he has had diarrhea the past couple days w/a little red blood in it.
I'm concerned w/his nutrition/diet as he eats fresh chicken
breast/rib meat w/rice daily and a little wet mixed in. I
leave dry food out all day, but he doesn't eat much of that. I feel like he is not getting enough of a variety for
nutritional purposes and don't know what to try and feed him that he will eat. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

we can help/ poor diet Hi Mia - Yes, the diarrhea can mean virus or just poor diet.... Also, when the intestines are OVER worked, you will get little streaks of blood in the stools.  
Here is what I would like you to try ...You can also take a stool sample into the vet for testing.
