low residue dog food

We have an 18 month old German Shepherd, who had a severe case of pancreatitis when he was about 13 months. We had him on a low residue science diet through the vet, and have weaned him back onto the Solid Gold food bought through our breeder. I was wondering if there is a food that would be easy to digest, yet give him the diet supplements he needs at this age?
