Feeding a GSD

I have a 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd.  I have always fed her Royal Canine Dog food.  I am worried that she might develop hip dysplasia.  What would be the best dog food to feed her?

RC is a good dog food, not a great dog food. If you want to feed a great dog food,. short of feeding barf diet or cooking for your girl, try Wellness, Natural Balance, Eagle Pack, or Canidae. Supplement her with chondroiten, glucosomine,vitamin E, vitamin C, flax seed oil, and omegas. Unless you choose a dog food that contains adequate amount of those.
You're already a wonderful dog owner for trying to do what is best for your girl. Make sure she gets a good workout every day too. Power walking forty five minutes at heel once a day is GREAT along with a strenuous workout, until her tongue hangs out three times per week. :)
