terrier mix being aggresive to everyone

My aunt has a terrier mix and he is sometimes always aggresive.  Recently though he has been acting more. He almost bit my mom the other day.  I was wondering if it was lack of training or might he have to get nuetered?  He is always barking to.

All male dogs should be neutered - especially since he's a mix in the first place.

Depedning on his age, this may, or may not help. Adult dogs often already have their behavior set in place and reducing the hormones may now make a lot of difference.

Aggression is hard to diagnose over email since I can;t see what sets him off.  That said it's something that no one should be putting up with because it tends to get worse and more dangerous.

That said, odds are that a lack of training makes a BIG difference, and there are other ways to address it, but it all depends on whether your aunt wants to do the work involved.

If she wants to do the work, please let me know and I'll get into the details for you.  Otherwise, she should expect him to get worse over time.
