Yorkie has scaly lumps forming all over

My 5 year old Yorkie seems to be forming small scaly lumps primarily on his head, but I noticed he has a couple on his torso this morning. For a long time he just had two. But he hasn't been feeling well for 24 hours(throwing up bile and trying to eat grass when I take him outside) and now he has 8! Could this be an allergy?

I'm not a vet and I recommend making an appointment as soon as you can.  Vomiting bile is not a good thing.

Small scaley bumps may be some kind of food allergy, especially if they are itchy or his skin and coat are feeling a little oily.

Those are things that a vet visit can also address.  I would not wait too long since he's obviously not feeling well.
