Housebroken Jack Russell now peeing on the floor

Question
Jack is normally very well behaved and he is house broken.  He is about 6.5 yrs old and in good health. We moved about a month and a half ago and I thought he had adjusted.  All of a sudden he starts peeing on the carpet while we are at work, and always in the same area. I have used the sprays that are suppossed to help with that, cut back on his water in the morning and take him out for longer walks before wor. We love our dog but are getting really annoyed with havign to come home to a mess everyday. I am wondering if it is an emotioanl thing or if he just needs to go that bad all the time. Any suggestions?

The very first thing you need to do is get him to a vet. You need to rule out any kind of urinary health issue before assuming it's emotional or behavioral.

The next thing I would recommend is crating him.  He will not pee in the crate if he can help it.....

Once you're sure he's healthy, let me know and we can talk about some other ways of addressing this.... You may also want to read back through some of my other responses since housetraining is a relatively common question I get.
