My 9 wk old puppy has diarrhea and there is also blood in it, any ideas on which food to change to?

Take your baby to the vet. There are so many things that can ause this that I would be very foolish to make any other recommendation.

Plus, your baby is little enough that he can dehydrate in a very short amount of time, and that is very very dangerous.
