Grooming my Cairn

Question
2 questions actually.  First, what size Mars Coat-Kings grooming tool should I get for my Cairn?  Second, how often should I bathe her?  I know it's not as often as other breeds, but I'm not sure how much is too much.

I use a size 16 blade for my cairns.  It doesn't matter whether you get the extra wide one or not, just the blade number.

I do not usually bathe them more than a couple of times of year in order to encourage the coat to stay harsh and water repellent.
