Question
Is their something I can do with my Jack Russell terrier about his car sickness? He acts like he can't swallow, he dripples and vomits? Could you help?

Put a babys bib on him, go around the block, open the window enough for air circulation.

Let him sit on the front sit to look out also.  Lay a towel down under him to sit on.  Short rides that are pleasant, then pet and praise when u come back home.  Make it fun for him, talk to him, play the radio.  Most dogs get ill out of fear of the ride.

Do not feed him then go for a short ride, make sure it is the time of day when the food is digested some.  Give a tsp of Pepto before going, put it into an eye dropper or one u can buy newly wrapped if u do not have anything to drop the med into the corner of its mouth.  This will settle the stomach, will not hurt the dog at all.

Reach over and pet him and talk, sing make the short ride fun.  If he does ok first few times, then make it longer each one, he will soon learn it is fun to ride, look out the window and return without anything unpleasant happening.  So many times we put our pets into the auto to visit the vet, dogs fear the smell of a vets office and most hate to go, so they associate this to a vet trip.

Try the above with Pepto first and a bib, towel under him and take a short round the block.  If he does ok, be sure and prasie him highly and give a hug.

Kind Regards
