When i pick my dog up in a certian way, it growls. It will be all lovey dovey, and then when some one from the family picks her up, (not holding, jus picking up), she will growl, snap, and bite. I want to know what is wrong with her.

Answer
I have a friend that has a Schnauzer that acts the same way when you pick her up.  It mostly happens when you pick her up around the chest area.  

When does this happen with your dog??  Is it when you pick her up a certain way?  It maybe that she is sensitive in a certain spot and it bothers her.  My friend took her dog to the vet and the vet found nothing wrong with her.  So my friend has taught her to help her pick her up, by holding her rear and rocking back so her front comes up to use her front legs so she is not picking her up by the middle or around her chest.  This has been working for her.  Reprimand her for biting or growling.  That is NOT acceptable no matter what.
