Grooming/Stripping Airedale

Question
I tried hand stripping my dog for the first time today and I was not sure when stop in one area and move onto the next.  Should I keep on in one area until no other hair is extracted with each stroke or should about five strokes per area be enough.  She is 2.5 years and this is the first time I've done this.  There was alot of hair and I was unsure if I was taking out too much or whether so much can out because she was so long overdue.

Answer
HI DEE
I OWNED ARIDALES AND WHEN I WANTED THEM TO LOOK LIKE ONE I SENT IT OFF TO A GOOMER.  USUALY I JUST CLIPPED THEM DOWN MYSELF IN SUMMER MONTHS.  I LEFT A BEIRD, THEY ARE SO SWEET AND CUTE.
SO, I FOUND A SITE  U MIGHT BE ABLE TO FOLLOW, IT SHOWS PHOTOS OF A PERSON THAT RAISES AND SHOWS THEM, HOW TO AND WHAT TO USE.
I HOPE THIS HELPS, CAUSE I AM LOST AS A GROOMER I AM NOT. LOL
