my pet is 14yrs old and has started to have numerous moles-warts to appear and he is pulling hair out which i assume is hotspots is there any home remedys that might help the moles warts are primarly on all paws

YOU COULD USE A TRIPLE ANTIBITOIC FROM THE DOLLAR STORE, I GET IT FOR MANY USES HUMAN AND DOGS.  IT IS A CREAM.  IT SHOULD HEAL THESE.
ALSO, USE GARLIC FOR FLEAS THAT IS WHY IT HAS HOT SPOTS?
KEEP HER OFF STONES, AND HARD WALKING AREAS TILL HEALED.
