Sorry for the delay i answering your question. I forgot to put myself on vacation.

To answer your question.......NO there is no such thing. Our AKC standard says "preferred height 16 1/2" at the withers" "Bitches can be a bit smaller." Who in the world is calling them TOY or MINIATURE? Could be that they are trying a selling point OR there was a mis-breeding with a toy breed and they think they are making a new designer dog like the labra-doodle. UGH..shutter at the thought.
