sick jack russel

i have a 1 and a half year old jack russell male.he has been shaking and not wanting to eat. We took him to a vet and got bloodwork done. The results showed nothing is wrong with him ,but he continues to shake and has a high temperature.Nothing has changed in his diet.Please help

Poor baby.... Have his poopies changed ?  Is he drinking water ?? (He can go a couple of days without food, but water is vital).

This is definately something that calls for a vet, and I can't offer any assistance on that.  Be sure your vet knows the answers to my questions above....

It could be any number of things - parasites, bacteria, virus....
