Yorkie terrior odor problem

My 1 year old male, has a bad doggie odor. What do you suggest to help rid this smell or make it better? I would like to bath him more than once a week, what is too much? I would not want to hurt him in any way.

Yorkies tend to be a little bit more oilier than other breeds.  Bathing once a week is not too much for that breed.  You didn't say whether your male was neutered.  If he is not then he may have a male odor that will go away when he is neutered.
