my poodle has a few bumps on her skin.  they feel like fatty tumors and do not have much size to them and do not change much.

Small, tumor like growths on the dogs skin are fairly common in Poodles as they age.  They are called Lipomas and they are usually just small growths under the skin.  For more information on them, you can check out this Website:
