Dog Skunked!!!!

My dog was sprayed by a skunk. She is an indoor dog and our house smells horrible....help!!!! How do we get rid of the smell?    Thanks   :(

Fortunately I have no personal experience to draw on for this.  Luckily keeping my dogs inside has protected them from skunks.  It would be easy enough some evening when they make their last trip out at night to find a skunk.  Maybe the old canned tomato juice will work as well as anything along with some strong soap.  Rinse well and finish with some conditioner to keep from drying out its coat.  You might look in the pet stores for something better. I hope it is still warm enough where you are to have the windows open.
