Question
We just got a husky. She is 4 months old. What are the normal sleeping hours? How do you know if she is sleeping to much? How do you stop the puppy from eating out of the cat liter? How much is to much food? Sorry just want to make sure we are doing the right job!!

Answer
Puppies sleep a lot! They do not have normal hours I would just get concerned if she never gets alert and active. Put the cat litter where the pup cannot reach. Gate off the room with the litter box in it the cats should still be able to get over the gate. Feed according the the recommendation for a medium breed dog on the side of the bag. If you notice he puppy getting fat (lots of loose skin and you cannot feel the ribs easily) cut back on the food by 1/3 Siberians usually do not need as much food as other breeds if they gobble the food to much you should think about adding vitamin tablets to the food.
