akc vs. ckc

So Trish, I was told that akc and ckc which is not canadian, from what you have told me, that they were the same.  I have had my pups for five months now. Is ther any thing I can do because I was given wrong information before I made my purchase?  I look forward to your response. Thanks.

Continental Kennal Club is such a crock and whomever sold you a pup and told you it was the same as AKC robbed you.  AKC does not acknowledge that "club" so no pups from a single AKC parent can be registered.  
All you can do is attempt to go after the breeder for breach of contract (if you had a contract) but otherwise you are just stuck with a pet.  You can attempt to recoup your damages by selling the pup. Or you just keep and love them. :o)
