feeding and bathroom

Question
I have a few questions. I got a pom that is 3-4 years old they are not really sure as she was pounded. She seems to not eat her food but our food only. She never seems to have to go out to the bathroom even though I take her out mant times a day. I would say she only goes maybe every 16 hours. I need to know if this is normal and how often she should be having bowel movements?

Answer
Make sure she has all the food and water she wants at all times and you will know she is getting enough.  If you let her out and she doesn't go-don't be alarmed if all other signs are that she is normal. :o)  If you don't offer her people food she will eat kibble.
