whinning pom

She has be checked for worms of all kinds had her shots and the vet said it has nothing to do with her vet she seen him today I don't know if its just her temperament I know shes warm at night I keep the air on 75 she has blankets and wears a sweater and sleeps in a crte next to my other dog with a small light on and a radio for a bit of noise I don't know why she wines

My pomeranian is eating normally now 2/3 a cup per day has 2-4 bowel movements outside and is taken outside every half hours and still seems to pee in the house. I take her out after playing about 10 min after eating and again 15min after that. I  make a big deal when she goes outside and don't leave her in the crate for long and she wines every 3hrs in the crate non stop i take her out at 6 am and 9am still wines. I can't get any sleep she sleeps in a crate right next to my 8mo old dog the pom is about 7wks. How can I make her stop whinning and go out less? We went to bed at 3am one night she still got up at 6 and then another night went to bed at 12 she got up before 4. can u help me plz. lol

You need to take thie Pom to the vet and have it's health
checked out.  If this is a puppy...most pups have to be at
least 6 months old to figure out about crate and house
training to go outside.  If she is young you are going to
have to give her time to mature otherwise ask your vet
if she has a kidney infection or internal worms that is causing your problems.

Let me see if I understand the information you just sent me.  You have the heat on 75 degrees, she wears a sweater and so forth?  Poms are an Arctic breed and can stand colder
weather and maybe she is getting too hot.  If this is not
a young puppy I would try taking the sweater off and putting her in a cooler room around 68 degrees.

Also you might consider the fact that she likes the attention she is getting from you.
